Department: Sales & Business Development
Position Title: Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Industry: Digital Marketing & SEO (Physical Therapy)
Reports To: Operations Manager / Growth Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Remote Contractor (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Target Location: Remote (South Africa [SA])
Base Compensation: $1,500 – $1,800 USD / month + performance bonuses
The client's business is an established, high-growth digital marketing agency dedicated exclusively to private practice physical therapists across North America. For the past four years, they have empowered clinic owners to dominate their local markets through specialized SEO, paid acquisition, high-converting web optimization, operational consulting, and transparent ROI reporting.
Their client programs start at $2,000/month for single practices and scale significantly for multi-location groups. Having heavily systematized our fulfillment, integrated cutting-edge AI tools into their creative workflows, and expanded their operational leadership, their client delivery engine is primed to scale.
Historically, the growth was fueled almost entirely by word-of-mouth and founder-led sales. They have now brought on a dedicated Growth Manager (Closer) and are building their first outbound sales development engine to eliminate pipeline bottlenecks and systematically take our solutions to private practices nationwide.
We are seeking a fearless, articulate, and hungry Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own top-of-funnel prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.
In this role, you will be the driving force filling our newly hired Closer's calendar with qualified discovery calls. You will reach out directly to private practice physical therapy owners, clinic directors, and practice managers using a multi-channel outbound cadence (phone, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach).
The ideal candidate is competitive, thrives on booking qualified appointments, and possesses the natural curiosity and polish required to hold peer-level conversations with healthcare business owners.
