• Salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus potential

• →Train, schedule, and coach hourly cooks and prep staff
• →Control food cost, waste, and inventory with weekly counts
• →Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• →Order product, check deliveries, and manage vendor relationships

• Proven experience managing a high-volume, full-service kitchen
• Strong leadership and team-building skills under pressure
• Working knowledge of food cost, labor, and P&L basics
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
