A high-volume casual dining restaurant needs a culinary leader who thrives when the tickets keep coming. As Executive Kitchen Manager, you will run the back of house, develop your crew, and keep food quality and costs dialed in. Strong pay, real authority, and bonus potential come with the role.

• Base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year

• →Hire, train, and coach cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers

• →Enforce recipes, plating specs, and consistent food quality
• →Maintain health code, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards

• Proven kitchen management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Strong command of food cost, scheduling, and P&L basics
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse kitchen crew
• Current food safety certification, or willingness to obtain one
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
