Sales Support Specialist

BSc or MSc degree;

2+ years of relevant professional experience;

Experience with prospecting and lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms;

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including data management, filtering, segmentation, and contact list preparation;

Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including contact management, lists, and sales pipeline basics;

Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken;

Experience with outbound email campaigns, email templates, and sales sequences would be a strong advantage;

Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, outreach tools, or multichannel lead generation would be an advantage;

Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello, Jira, or similar platforms would be an advantage;

Basic understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and email campaign performance metrics would be an advantage;

Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others would be an advantage.
