Executive Sous Chef | Polished Casual Restaurant

This is a leadership role for a chef who thrives when the tickets keep coming. You will run the back of the house for a busy, full-service Polished Casual restaurant, keeping food consistent, crews sharp, and service smooth from first seating to last call.

• Salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience

• →Lead the line through high-volume lunch and dinner services
• →Coach, schedule, and develop cooks and kitchen leaders
• →Control food cost, waste, ordering, and inventory counts
• →Enforce recipe specs, plate presentation, and food safety standards
• →Step in as head of the kitchen when needed

• Proven sous chef or chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong command of the line, expo, and ticket times
• Confident leader who builds accountability and a steady team
• Working knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor management
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
