  • Maintain and manage the Walmart product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Monitor listing health and resolve catalog errors or data inconsistencies
  • Correct missing or inaccurate product information (titles, attributes, categories, etc.)
  • Ensure all listings comply with Walmart marketplace guidelines
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings in Walmart Seller Center
  • Edit titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and categories
  • Identify and resolve listing issues such as suppressions or publishing errors
  • Improve listing quality for better visibility and performance
  • Adjust product pricing based on internal guidelines and promotions
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify discrepancies
  • Assist with managing discounts, sales, and pricing rules
  • Flag inconsistencies or errors for correction
  • Create and manage SKUs for products and variations
  • Ensure accurate SKU mapping, attributes, and inventory tracking
  • Maintain organized SKU structures aligned with internal systems
  • Support inventory consistency through proper SKU setup
  • Create and manage bundle product listings
  • Ensure correct pricing, SKU structure, and product associations
  • Update bundle components based on inventory or strategy changes
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across all bundled listings

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Requirements

  • Experience with Walmart Seller Center or similar ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Understanding of ecommerce catalog structures, SKUs, and product attributes
  • Ability to follow structured processes and listing guidelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot listing and catalog issues independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating and managing bundle or virtual kit listings
  • Familiarity with ecommerce listing optimization best practices
  • Experience identifying and resolving listing errors or suppression issues
  • Analytical mindset for pricing and catalog performance monitoring
  • E-commerce Platforms: Walmart Seller Center (required), Amazon Seller Central or similar (preferred)
  • Data Management: Google Sheets / Excel
  • Communication: Gmail, Slack, or similar
  • Product Management: Internal catalog systems or listing tools

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
  • Daily Working Time: 10 AM to 7 PM EST.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
