20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Business Support Virtual Assistant to support a residential real estate business focused on apartment properties.
The primary responsibility of this role is handling follow-up calls, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, tracking outstanding items, and helping ensure that tasks and communications are completed promptly. Real estate experience is not required; however, strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone communication, keeping projects organized, and supporting business operations behind the scenes.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Make outbound follow-up calls to clients, vendors, tenants, or service providers as directed.
- Follow up on pending requests, documents, appointments, and action items.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication during all interactions.
- Document call outcomes and update records accordingly.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and business coordination.
- Help track outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Organize information, records, and communication logs.
- Provide support with scheduling and general business operations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and tracking systems.
- Update and organize business information in Excel, Google Sheets, or other databases.
- Monitor task lists and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure information is current and properly documented.
- Communicate regularly with the business owner regarding updates and completed tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other contacts when necessary.
- Assist in organizing workflows and improving operational efficiency.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role preferred.
- Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with various contacts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional and dependable work ethic.
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
