Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Negotiable Based on Experience)
Job Summary:
At Cisneros Brother Plumbing, HVAC, & Flood Services are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and offering tailored HVAC solutions to our residential and commercial clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service and performing Call by Call with your Techs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing residential clients.
  • Assess customer needs through your tech's visits and consultations; recommend appropriate HVAC and/or Plumbing solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotes and contracts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and service calls to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Train your service technicians and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize Service Titan to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and report on activity.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC or related home services industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient with Service Titan tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
  • Prior experience with in-home or B2B sales is strongly preferred.
