Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Ideation – Lead end-to-end planning, creative ideation, budgeting, logistics, and post-event evaluation for all hospital events, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives. The types of event include corporate health and wellness events, professional and public education events, and community outreach.
  • Business Acquisition & Service Launches – Design and execute events that lead conversion, and ROI, including launches for 2–3 new clinical or wellness services annually that meet first-year utilisation and revenue targets.
  • On-Site Event Management & Experience – Oversee on-site event operations, including venue setup, registration, speaker and VIP management, and attendee experience, ensuring smooth execution and consistent delivery of the hospital's brand standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management – Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring all events are delivered within approved spend while maximising return on investment and resource utilisation.
  • Partner Coordination & Sponsorships – Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, while identifying and managing sponsorship opportunities;
  • Channel Optimisation & Market Intelligence – Enhance outreach channel effectiveness with tracked performance metrics, and deliver quarterly competitive intelligence and business development proposals to influence annual planning and service portfolio decisions;
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all events comply with hospital policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with event delivery and;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines 
  • At least 3 years' working experience preferable in healthcare industry or insurance company 
  • Applicants with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for a Manager position
  • Strong interpersonal skill to facilitate effective communication with internal & external parties 
  • Strong organization and presentation skills 
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications 

 

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
