To lead and grow assigned region by driving Availability, Visibility and Advocacy, ensuring above‑market growth and 100% execution of agreed commercial initiatives, handling distributors and Territory Managers and implementing sales strategy.
- Manage assigned region ensuring monthly target achievement and delivering planned growth.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with distributors in assigned region to achieve company objectives.
- Lead & manage the team of territory managers to achieve (or exceed) assigned targets.
- Ensure all trade marketing activities are carried out in the region as per the plan.
- Improve & drive pharmacist advocacy and recommendation through RTDs, trainings, and engagement programs.
- Effectively drive trade channels as per defined guidelines to ensure optimal market coverage and sales performance.
- Develop monthly work plan and ensure market visits accordingly.
- Prepare and present performance reviews and corrective action plans based on key insights from the market.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to territory managers and develop talent.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly data and present to management.
- Adherent to company policies and procedures in all work-related matters as per provided guidelines.
- Monitor team performance and drive performance culture in region.
- Conduct business reviews with distributors monthly and formalize the action plan and execution in region.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and develop strong working relationships.
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual value & unit sales achievement for region
- Drive distributors and teams to achieve company objectives
- Drive operational and commercial excellence in region
Requirements

- Minimum Bachelors. MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in sales of Pharma or Consumer industry, preferably from Trade
