Executive Assistant

Own the calendars of three executives. Manage scheduling, travel, and meeting prep for the Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and Head of People. Resolve conflicts independently.
At least 2 years of experience supporting executives at high-growth startups, top-tier professional services firms, or similarly high-velocity environments.
We're looking for a high-potential Executive Assistant to support three of our key executives: Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and Head of People. This in-person role (4x a week) is based in San Francisco.
You take pride in a well-run calendar, a clean inbox, and a flawlessly executed offsite. You see the unglamorous work as the work. You will own the calendars, inbox, travel, and operating cadence of three executives, and you will also own a defined portfolio of operational projects that scale company-wide. The EA craft is the core of this role. The ops portfolio is additive.
You'll report to the Sr. Executive Assistant and work as a direct extension of three of our most important leaders. This is the right role for someone with a few years of EA experience who wants to grow their scope inside a fast-moving company, with a real path to broader admin and operational leadership over time.
