industry leaders, clients, partners, and key voices in AI, software development, and enterprise tech. Identify which posts are worth engaging with based on relevance, reach,
- Type: Part-Time, Remote
- Hours: ~10–15 hrs/week
About the Role
~1 min readAccelOne's C-level team, CEO, COO, and CTO/CAIO, is building a deliberate presence on LinkedIn. Not for vanity metrics. To join real conversations happening among technology leaders, operators, and decision-makers in the AI and software development space.
We need a sharp, detail-oriented VA to support that effort. Your job is not to put words in their mouths. It is to do the research and drafting work that makes it possible for them to show up consistently and authentically, without it consuming hours of their week.
This role sits at the intersection of executive communication, content strategy, and market intelligence. If you enjoy reading, writing, and understanding what people are actually saying and why, this will suit you well.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Monitor LinkedIn daily for relevant posts from a defined list of target profiles: industry leaders, clients, partners, and key voices in AI, software development, and enterprise tech.
- Identify which posts are worth engaging with based on relevance, reach, and alignment with each executive's point of view.
- Summarize the context of each post before drafting: what was said, who said it, why it matters, and what angle is missing.
- Draft 3–5 comment options per day per executive, following their individual voice profiles.
- Each draft should add a genuine layer to the original post. A marketing angle, an operational observation, or a technical nuance. Not just agreement or praise.
- Drafts are submitted for review and approval before anything is posted. You are not posting on behalf of executives.
- Revise drafts based on feedback and build a learning log so the voice gets sharper over time.
- Track which comments were approved, posted, and how they performed (replies, reactions, profile visits where visible).
- Deliver a brief weekly summary: what was posted, what got traction, and any patterns worth noting.
- Flag emerging conversations or profiles that deserve attention in the coming week.
A strong draft does not start with a compliment. It starts with a real observation. It adds one specific thing the original post didn't say. It ends in a way that leaves the reader with a new thought or a genuine question.
A strong research summary tells the executive: here's the post, here's why it's relevant to you, and here's the angle you're best positioned to add.
A strong weekly report doesn't just list activity. It tells a small story about what's working and what to try differently.
- Excellent written English. Short sentences. Clear thinking. No filler.
- Genuine curiosity about business, technology, and market dynamics. You don't need to be a developer, but you should find these conversations interesting.
- Ability to write in someone else's voice without losing their specificity. This is a skill. If you've done ghostwriting or executive communication before, say so.
- Comfort working asynchronously with multiple stakeholders, each with a distinct tone and area of focus.
- Organized and self-directed. You'll manage a recurring workflow with light oversight.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional platform, not just as a resume tool.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Background in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Experience supporting executives or founders with content or communications.
- Exposure to the AI, SaaS, or nearshore software development industry.
You'll receive a detailed voice profile for each executive, covering their point of view, tone, content pillars, and writing rules. These are not vague. They will tell you exactly what each person does and doesn't say, and why.
Feedback will be specific. When a draft gets revised, you'll know exactly what changed and why. The expectation is that you apply that learning going forward.
Communication is async-first. You'll submit drafts and summaries on a defined schedule. A brief weekly sync of 30 minutes is optional but available.
