Client Partner – Reddit Ads Sales

We are looking for a Client Partner to join our Reddit Ads team in the Philippines — a driven, commercially sharp sales professional with a hunter mindset who is passionate about building new business from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in media sales, digital advertising sales, or business development who wants to grow their career in the Philippines' fast-expanding digital advertising and agency ecosystem based in BGC, Taguig.

Drive new business acquisition with a strong focus on hunting and prospecting.

Identify, pitch, and close opportunities with brands and agencies.

Build and grow a strong pipeline of advertisers for Reddit Ads.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and media agencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions.

Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.

2–4 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, ad sales, or related fields

Strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to unlock new business

Experience in media sales or digital ad sales is highly preferred

Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and the programmatic/social media landscape

Agency relations experience (media agency or advertising agency background) is an added advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented, KPI-driven environment

Be part of the team representing Reddit Ads in one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing digital advertising markets

Play a direct, revenue-generating role in shaping Reddit's new business strategy in the Philippines from the ground up

Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales and agency-relations team based in BGC, Taguig
