As a Client Partner for TikTok, you will drive revenue growth across Sri Lanka by aligning advertisers’ business objectives with TikTok’s advertising solutions. Acting as a strategic consultant to agencies and direct clients, you will build strong partnerships and deliver high-impact, data-driven media strategies across the market.
This is a highly commercial, client-facing role suited for a proactive sales professional who combines strong relationship management with sharp commercial acumen and a passion for digital media.
Drive advertising revenue by selling digital advertising solutions across a portfolio of managed products to both new and existing advertisers.
Build, retain, and grow a strong book of business across top advertisers and media agencies, with full ownership of commercial performance and revenue delivery.
Proactively prospect, source, and close new business opportunities to build a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
Engage regularly with clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences, and translate these into effective platform-led solutions.
Leverage strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media planning, campaign setup, buying cycles, and pricing models, to deliver tailored recommendations.
Provide strategic guidance on campaign planning, execution, and optimisation, ensuring best practices are applied to maximise performance and ROI.
Act as a consultative partner by sharing product knowledge, platform capabilities, and data-driven insights to unlock long-term client value.
Lead seamless onboarding of new advertisers, ensuring smooth transition from pre-sales to campaign activation through hands-on support and guidance.
Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities within existing clients to maximise revenue growth.
Consistently deliver against sales targets, revenue goals, and key commercial KPIs while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient campaign setup, execution, and resolution of client queries.
Build and expand a strong network across advertisers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to support market growth and penetration.
Contribute to market development through workshops, training sessions, and industry events to drive product adoption and awareness.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to proactively identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate forecasting of pipeline, revenue, and business opportunities across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles.
Handle client issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
Support broader commercial initiatives, including cross-functional projects, market expansion, and new revenue streams.

Strong experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, platform sales, account management or agency servicing.
Proven ability in business development, client acquisition and revenue generation.
Sound understanding of digital advertising products, campaign buying processes, pricing models and performance metrics.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and manage senior client and agency relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
