As part of our team of professionals, the Assistant Business Office Manager brings clarity and follow-through to what can be a delicate process. Our patients, residents, families, and team members benefit from the expertise and skilled communication of the Assistant Business Office Manager.

USD $18.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Office Manager with billing and follow up of all Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, co-insurance, and managed care billing for the facility
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with cash collections and A/R goals of the facility
  • Work very closely with the Central Billing Office for the region on all billing issues and follow up necessary

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in third-party billing and reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid, co-insurance required; managed care and private collections preferred
  • Detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation required
