Sales Project Manager

ACG_3907_JOB Our client is a leading construction and enegy company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for the Solar EPC segment to expand the market, increase revenue and profitability, effectively manage the sales team, and closely coordinate with technical departments to ensure the quality and effectiveness of signed EPC contracts. JOB CHALLENGES The Solar EPC market is highly competitive, with increasingly narrowing profit margins. Business activities are closely linked to technical capabilities and project implementation, requiring effective internal coordination. Pressure to achieve revenue targets while controlling risks and contract profitability. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal Relationships With: Board of Directors and relevant departments Purpose: Ensure that work is supported in a timely manner and assigned objectives are achieved. External Relationships With: Customers and partners Purpose: Effectively implement assigned tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Development (Sales) Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans for the Solar EPC segment in alignment with the company's strategy. Identify target markets, customer segments, and approach strategies. Build and maintain relationships with customers, project owners, and strategic partners. Establish revenue, profit, and contract targets for the Solar Sales Department. Directly participate in key or high-value Solar EPC projects. 2. EPC Contract Management Lead or participate in preparing quotations and technical-commercial proposals. Negotiate and sign Solar EPC contracts (contract value, scope of work, schedule, and payment terms). Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Technical departments to control risks and ensure contract effectiveness. 3. Project Implementation Coordination Coordinate with Technical, Project, and Construction departments during project handover and implementation. Monitor the progress of signed projects and support the resolution of customer-related issues arising during implementation. 4. Team Management Organize, manage, and develop the Solar Sales/Business Development team. Provide training on sales skills, product knowledge, and the Solar EPC market. 5. Reporting Prepare and present periodic reports on revenue, project pipeline, business performance, and risks, and/or other reports as requested by superiors. Report directly to the Sales Director/Board of Directors and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Energy. Experience Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in management. Practical experience in Solar EPC or renewable energy is required. Technical Skills Strong understanding of the Solar EPC model, bidding processes, pricing, and project implementation. Strong leadership, planning, and target management skills. Good negotiation, bargaining, and contract management skills. Ability to analyze business data and prepare reports. Soft Skills and Management Skills Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market development capabilities. Ability to quickly adapt to market changes. Proficiency in English.
