Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide general information about the community and assist with questions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain community directories
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Support daily office operations using computer programs and office systems

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication, phone, and data entry skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and related systems
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
  • Professional, dependable, and welcoming attitude
