About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can open doors, build trust, and convert interest into business — not just collect leads.

At Anaxee, deals close because someone understands the climate problem, presents the right solution, and navigates India’s complex execution realities.

If you prefer earning based on outcomes rather than salaries, this role is designed for you.

Responsibilities

  • -Identify and approach companies, NGOs, CSR teams, and carbon project developers

  • -Understand client needs and position Anaxee’s tech + last-mile capabilities

  • -Develop clear, simple content to explain product value

  • -Handle negotiations, understand budgets, and close deals

  • -Build and manage a pipeline from “interested” to “signed.”

  • -Work with leadership on proposals, pricing, and delivery

  • -Track each prospect clearly — buyers, delays, next steps

  • -Maintain momentum without handholding or micro-management

  • -Represent Anaxee professionally in calls and climate conversations

  • -Bring market intelligence on opportunities, budgets, and gaps

This is an execution role — not a “send 200 emails and wait” job.

  • -Experience in BD, sales, partnerships, consulting, or climate/sustainability domains

  • -Strong ability to articulate solutions clearly

  • -Comfort with the commission-only model

  • -Sharp networking instincts and stakeholder management

  • -Practical understanding of long sales cycles & compliance-heavy sectors

  • -Ability to simplify climate concepts (MRV, carbon credits, etc.)

  • -Self-driven work ethic and proactive pipeline ownership

  • -Crisp communication and proposal-building skills

  • -Ability to read the room and close — not rely on scripts
