Business Development Officer

On behalf of Our Clint, we are looking for a Business Development Officer Job Summary : Execute end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across all functions and strategic business units Track government programs, tenders, and relevant regulatory changes. Manage a database of business leads and partnership opportunities using CRM systems. Assist in preparing concept notes, business cases, and oversee bid processes. Engage effectively with public and private sector stakeholders and participate in industry events. Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory policies. Lead contract reviews and assess commercial and legal risks. Prepare periodic business development reports and coordinate with internal teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Education Management, or related field Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., business development, strategy, sales) is a plus 2–4 years of experience in business development, commercial analysis, or strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia or GCC Experience in education, government partnerships, or professional services preferred Knowledge of public procurement processes (Etimad, NCP, MoE bids) is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and proposal tools
