Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership by managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics with a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, flexibility, and adaptability. Works collaboratively within a team setting to support shared priorities and responds to changing business needs, including occasional responsibilities outside standard business hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a comparable support role required.
  •  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, tact, discretion, and courtesy when interacting with executives, board members, leaders, staff, physicians, patients and external stakeholders.
  • Exercises sound judgment, strong planning skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, urgent requests, and unexpected situations.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, professional, and confidential correspondence and materials.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to support evolving executive and organizational needs, including occasional work beyond standard business hours.
