Position Overview
 
Iconic Artists Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Office of the President. This role requires a strong grasp of the entertainment and music management industries, exceptional administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced, high-level environment.
The ideal candidate brings discretion, professionalism, technical aptitude, and a genuine passion for music—particularly legacy artists and catalog-driven businesses.
  
Responsibilities 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting and schedule coordination, travel arrangements, expense report preparation, correspondence drafting, and occasional notetaking.
  • Maintain awareness of the President’s internal and external commitments to proactively anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage shifting deadlines.
  • Organize, track, and manage large volumes of data, documents, and materials with efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Research artists, music catalogs, song histories, and album releases.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with music catalog acquisition efforts, including research and coordination.
  • Support the preparation of pitch materials and presentations for artists, including slide decks and PDF documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, artists, management, and external partners as needed.
  
Qualifications 
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in the entertainment industry, including music, talent agencies, television, film, radio, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High aptitude with macOS and comfort working in digital-first environments.
  • Strong interest in the music business, artist legacy management, and catalog development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment, Music, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits 
  • Compensation range: $31.25–$38.46 per hour, dependent on experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus
  • Competitive benefits package and paid time off schedule
Location & Work Schedule 
  • This position is based in our Westwood Village office in Los Angeles, CA. Employees are expected to work onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays at the manager’s discretion.

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.
  • We are a fully vaccinated workforce. Successful candidates will be required to show proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19. You are up to date when you have received a two-dose series and a booster, or a single dose series and a booster.
