Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support daily operations of the Denver showroom
- →Coordinate shipping and receiving of items in/out to clients and other locations
- →Order accessories, inventory and supplies for the showroom
- →Unpack, label, track and organize garments in the showroom; coordinate with our local tailor and dry cleaner to ensure a seamless process
- →Meet-and-greet clients creating a welcoming and professional environment
- →Coordinate appointment scheduling for potential clients
- →Manage incoming inquiries, phone calls and email communications directing them to the appropriate employee
- →Assist the Denver Showroom and marketing team with social media accounts (including refreshing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), sharing details about upcoming events and exciting news within the Balani community
- →Data entry (new books)
- →Must have ability to manage online CRM
- →Assist with additional company projects
- →Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and will include other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Brings 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Receptionist reflecting a strong grasp of administrative and operational functions
- Social media experience across multiple platforms
- Tech savvy; experience with various office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, projectors. Along with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite
