About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share in the sub 100 hp sector and developing customer relationships within your assigned territory. Working closely with lifestyle + residential property owners, farmers, and equipment operators, you will help customers identify the right equipment solutions to support their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Achieve sales and market share targets.
  • Assist with customer events, product launches, and demonstrations.
  • Stay informed on product updates, financing options, and industry developments.
  • Handling business in the sub 100hp tractor range, lawn mowers, side-by-side vehicles, and attachments .
  • Sales industry experience, with a knowledge of heavy equipment, is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and develop new accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout your region.
  • A valid passport, or the ability to obtain one.
