We are looking for a Workplace Experience professional to ensure the successful daily reception operations of our Singapore office. This individual will collaborate with local Braze team members in supporting the ongoing development of our global workplace reception initiatives. This role sits on the People Team and will report to the Regional Manager, Workplace Experience APAC.
Braze is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, and we need a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and proactively enhances the employee experience. You’ll maintain a strong pulse on the needs of our Singapore employees and be adaptable to evolving global conditions and workplace dynamics. This role will be required to be in-office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Be the first face of Braze - greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in experience and prompt communication with their hosts.
- →Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects Braze’s high standards and creates a great first impression for employees, clients, partners, and vendors.
- →Deliver best-in-class customer service to everyone who walks through the door, acting as a helpful and approachable point of contact for the office.
- →Monitor and respond to workplace support tickets with a customer-first mindset, helping ensure world-class support for our APAC team.
- →Assist with badge management, supporting the site lead in processing physical badge requests and managing employee access needs.
- →Coordinate weekly lunch orders and catering for meetings and events, while managing pantry stock, suppliers, and ensuring kitchen and communal spaces are consistently clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- →Balance multiple priorities with ease, responding to urgent needs while keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly and on schedule.
- →Support general office requests and workplace questions, helping employees get what they need to do their best work.
- →Play a key role in in-office events, from helping manage access and check-in to assisting with logistics and creating a seamless experience.
- →Be a flexible team player, jumping in to support the Workplace team with ad-hoc tasks, PTO coverage, and operational needs as they arise.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, maintaining a full-time, in-office schedule.
- Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable being in a highly visible role that will define the reputation of the Braze Workplace Team.
- Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service.
- Able to multitask whilst always prioritizing the employee and visitor experience.
- A strong communicator with excellent grammatical skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and a sense of office pride.
- Data-driven with a mindset of continual improvement.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to set own priorities.
- A creative problem-solver, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
- An awesome can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
- Familiar with Mac computer and GSuite.
