FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for your assigned CSOSA office — greeting and directing visitors, managing calls and messages, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties, all while ensuring the office operates smoothly and presents a professional image.
