Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to various DOE-ID and DOE-NE offices. Responsibilities include screening and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, preparing required materials, maintaining departmental files, and preparing basic word processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain departmental files and records.
  • Prepare basic word processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with general office equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
