Shriners Children's Twin Cities has a full time Executive Assistant position available.
The Executive Assistant will provide key support to the Administrator, the Board Chairman, Board of Governors and visiting Shrine and Corporate Executives; acts as a resource to staff and the general public regarding assigned areas of responsibility; coordinates and manages specialized administrative projects.
Responsibilities

- →Serves as resource contact for Board of Governor members and Shrine Center Personnel
- →Maintains Hospital Documents including contracts, licenses, policies and procedure
- →Maintains records and coordinates activities of the Board of Governors including minutes, selection process, appointment and orientation. Develop and support monthly Board of Governors Meetings including scheduling, record keeping and communications
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements
