CentiMark Ltd. is seeking a dependable and positive Service Administrative Assistant to support our Service Manager and team in our St. Albert office!
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and keyboarding skills, be comfortable working with Google applications, will foster positive relationships with our customers and staff through clear and friendly engagement, and have the desire to help grow the service business in the area. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and processing documentation in our SAP application - SAP experience is not required, but it is preferred.
Requirements

- Working knowledge of Google’s popular office applications (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Chat, Calendar, etc.)
- SAP Experience a Plus!
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication, follow up, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Superb time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Document incoming service requests
- Coordinate with Service Manager to schedule Technicians
- Upload data to electronic files and ensure hard copy records are also accurately maintained
- Ensure all pertinent information is secured before billing and closing jobs (POs, etc.)
- Customer invoicing
- Process credit card payments
- Collections for Service Department – make calls to customers and update spreadsheet notes
- Repeat service call tracking
- Update reports and records as needed and other day-to-day administrative duties associated with the role
