We are looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role combines general office administration with light executive support and is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of administrative experience who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and taking ownership of the details.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work across teams, support office needs, and provide occasional administrative assistance to members of the leadership team.
Requirements
~2 min read- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks with minimal oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented.
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of an organization.
- Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- A proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and are willing to jump in and help.
