Location: Batavia, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Compensation: $ 17.50 to 21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist to join our busy
Medical Imaging Center. This front desk role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing outstanding patient service
while thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This center currently utilizes the Synapse electronic health record (EHR) system.
Responsibilities
 Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
 Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
 Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate patient records.
 Process patient paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
 Assist with daily administrative and front office operations.
 Communicate effectively with physicians, technologists, and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
 Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
 Previous medical office or healthcare receptionist experience preferred.
 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
 High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 Dependable, punctual, and professional.
 Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
