CRED is an exclusive community for india’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behavior.

CRED was born out of a need to bring back the focus on a long lost virtue, one of trust, the idea being to create a community centered around this virtue. a community that constantly strives to become more virtuous in this regard till they finally scale their behavior to create a utopia where being trustworthy is the norm and not the exception. to build a community like this requires a community of its own; a community special in its own way, working towards making this vision come true.

here’s a thought experiment: what do you get when you put a group of incredibly passionate and driven people and entrust them with the complete freedom to chase down their goals in a completely uninhibited manner? answer: you get something close to what we have at CRED; CRED just has it better.

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading CRED's partner ecosystem across products, becoming the face of CRED to some of India’s top consumer brands. You will lead high-stakes partnerships, drive product adoption, and enable new growth through strategic merchant alliances. As a core part of the merchant-led growth (mlg) strategy, you’ll shape how millions engage with CRED.

driving acceptance of CRED payment instruments (upi, credit/affordability) with a sole focus of offering convenience for CRED members

hunt, build and manage high-impact brand partnerships across categories relevant to CRED members

drive meaningful member value through differentiated rewards, offers, privileges, and experiences

work closely with internal cross-functional teams including product, growth, marketing, operations, and design to execute partnership initiatives successfully

support the integration of rewards and merchant constructs across key product journeys and platform surfaces

drive day-to-day partner management including execution, campaign launches, reporting, issue resolution, and performance tracking

identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and help scale high-performing constructs

leverage consumer insights, transaction intelligence, and market understanding to identify relevant partnership opportunities

ensure strong execution quality, partner experience, and member relevance across all initiatives

4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, merchant growth, enterprise sales, category or account management within consumer internet, fintech, commerce, loyalty, or digital businesses

experience managing and growing brand or merchant partnerships with measurable business outcomes

understanding of consumer and merchant ecosystems across categories such as fashion, travel, food delivery, lifestyle, entertainment, retail, or digital services

experience working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, operations, growth, analytics, or business functions

strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced and evolving environments

good business and commercial understanding with the ability to structure mutually valuable partnerships

strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills

comfort working with performance metrics, business data, and consumer insights to drive decisions and optimize outcomes
