Position Summary:
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Charlotte, NC office. The Office Coordinator will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Client Engagement team and facilitating cross-office operational collaboration.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal), professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for local clients, providing prompt, professional communication
- Carry out follow-up communications with our clients regarding their file status
- Order supplies and equipment for the offices’ needs
- Organize and file paper records accurately
- Receive and send out mail/shipments to the appropriate departments, while ensuring an accurate record for expense reports
- Assist our Corporate office with event coordination
- Process and manage physical evidence
- Act as a liaison for facilities management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge:
- Understanding of administrative workflows
- Familiarity with directing calls and scheduling
- Working knowledge of professional communication standards

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of administrative, client service, or operations experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
Pay & Benefits:
$50,000-$60,000 salary
