Position Summary: 

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Charlotte, NC office. The Office Coordinator will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Client Engagement team and facilitating cross-office operational collaboration.  

 

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal), professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.  

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for local clients, providing prompt, professional communication  
  • Carry out follow-up communications with our clients regarding their file status 
  • Order supplies and equipment for the offices’ needs 
  • Organize and file paper records accurately 
  • Receive and send out mail/shipments to the appropriate departments, while ensuring an accurate record for expense reports 
  • Assist our Corporate office with event coordination 
  • Process and manage physical evidence 
  • Act as a liaison for facilities management 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of administrative workflows 
  • Familiarity with directing calls and scheduling 
  • Working knowledge of professional communication standards 

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Professionalism 
  • High level of organization and attention to detail 
  • Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment 
  • Problem solving 
  • Collaboration skills 

Abilities:

  • Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across offices 
  • Manage interruptions and changing priorities with accuracy and professionalism  
  • Handle physical materials, evidence, equipment, and files 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of administrative, client service, or operations experience 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook 

 

Pay & Benefits: 

$50,000-$60,000 salary
