What You'll Do In Your Sales Internship: Manage high volumes of communication (calls, emails, messages) to address customer needs and answer their queries promptly and accurately. Ensure high lead and order conversion rates through follow-up and deal closing. Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback gathering. Update internal CRM databases and ensure compliance with laws and policies. What We're Looking For In A Sales Intern: Matric qualification and a passion for sales and customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently Computer literate Requirements You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You'll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!
