- Are you the type of person who picks up the phone to close, not just sends another email and hopes for the best?
- Do you know basketball well enough to step on a court and lead a practice if a coach doesn't show up?
- Can you talk credibly about player development, competitive travel basketball, and summer camps, and help a parent figure out what's right for their kid?
- Do you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks?
Team Esface is hiring a full-time Youth Basketball Operations & Sales Manager, a hybrid role that is equal parts program operations and revenue generation.
Half your time is spent running TrueLeague, our recreational youth basketball league: managing on-site game nights and practices, communicating with families, and being the face of Team Esface for 100+ families each season.
The other half is spent selling, leading our Summer Hoop Camp enrollment effort and serving as a sales support partner across Black Club, College Prep, and training programs. You'll make outreach calls, follow up on leads, close registrations in person, and take delegated sales tasks off leadership's plate during high-volume periods.
This is not a desk job. You'll be on the gym floor engaging parents face-to-face, picking up the phone to close camp registrations, and stepping on court when needed. You need to know basketball, love talking to people, and take pride in running things that work.
