About the Role

Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a crucial part to the success of our business by ensuring our vendors are paid on time and accurately.

To be successful, we are looking for self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who works with a high level of integrity and understanding of confidentiality. The successful person has high attention-to-detail, and can adapt, multi-task, prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

Assist in facilitating monthly department goals

Process and review vendor statements and ensure efficient and accurate processing

Identify possible process improvements and investigate value added solutions

Maintain strong mine site and vendor relations

Diploma in Business Administration

High School Diploma or equivalent

High digital literacy, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite®

Experience in a fast-paced clerical or accounts payable setting is an asset

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
