The organization is focused on delivering high-quality processed food products that meet industry standards and evolving consumer demands. Role Summary The Personal Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational support to the executive, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communication, and day-to-day activities. The role is designed to optimize executive productivity by handling routine administrative tasks, coordination functions, and logistical arrangements. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendar, appointments, and daily schedules Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and related itineraries Prepare materials and support for meetings, including scheduling and documentation Handle communication flow, including calls, emails, and correspondence as required Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company and executive information Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed Perform any other duties as assigned by the executive Requirements Must reside on Lagos Island, Obalende, or very close proximity Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field Strong computer literacy and good understanding of IT tools (MS Office, email management, scheduling tools, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and work under minimal supervision Core Competencies Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication High level of discretion and confidentiality Tech proficiency and adaptability Professionalism and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
