About the Role
~1 min readWe’re hiring an Account Executive to win early customers in the luxury goods / watch dealer market, plus closely related high value, high trust SMB verticals. This is a field-first, relationship-driven role. You will spend a meaningful chunk of time traveling to meet customers in person, build trust quickly, and close.
This is a founder-adjacent role on a small, collaborative team. You will help shape the playbook as we move fast in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities

Own new revenue for Fin in the luxury goods / watch dealer segment and adjacent industries, from first touch through close and early expansion.

Build trust in person through store visits, dealer networks, dinners, and industry conferences.

Prospect and develop pipeline through a mix of outbound, warm intros, events, and your own network.

Run targeted discovery to uncover payment pain points, accounting workflows, and operational constraints.

Demo and position Fin clearly to sharp, no-nonsense operators, then handle objections and keep momentum.

Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring customers achieve platform proficiency and understand compliance requirements.

Act as a trusted partner and go to resource for customers, following up with customers to promote activity on the platform.

Work closely with founders, product, ops, and compliance to turn field feedback into improvements, messaging, and repeatable process.
Consistent and sustained success in closing new accounts in the target market.
Building a repeatable field motion that converts skeptical prospects into active customers.
Creating a growing pipeline through in-person relationship building and conference execution.
Operating as a trusted industry fixture, creating deep relationships to create revenue driving opportunities
Approximately 25-50% travel, especially early on.
Preference for candidates near major hubs (for example Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas), but open to other locations if you are excited to be on the road and can execute.
Requirements
~1 min read3+ years of closing experience in sales (SMB to mid-market), partnerships, or an early GTM role with clear ownership of revenue.
Comfortable in field sales environments: walking into businesses, earning trust fast, and hearing “no” a lot without losing your edge.
Charismatic, personable, and credible with tough, sharp customers who do not tolerate fluff.
Strong discovery and deal control: you can diagnose the real problem, keep urgency, and close.
High activity, high ownership, self-directed. You build the plan and run it.
Willing to work in a competitive environment where speed and execution matter.
Nice to Have
~1 min readExperience selling into watch dealers, jewelers, luxury resale, collectibles, or other high-value, trust-based SMB verticals.
Familiarity with crypto and stablecoins, or strong curiosity and the ability to get fluent quickly.
Experience selling payments, fintech, FX, or treasury workflows.
