Employment Type: Full-Time with paid Holidays and PTO

This isn’t your typical office role — it’s an opportunity to help build and shape a business from the ground up. As our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll play a critical role in both daily operations and the full customer journey, ensuring every client receives a seamless, 5-star experience.

What You’ll Do
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer
- Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness
- Represent the business at home shows and community events (occasional evenings/weekends)
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information (training provided)
- Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Assist in tracking projects, timelines, and customer communication
- Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance and project pipeline
Support Business Growth
- Take ownership of key administrative and operational functions
- Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
- Help improve processes and identify efficiencies
- Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business
- Support day-to-day social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, and local community platforms)
- Capture and share project updates, customer stories, and before/after content
- Assist in planning and promoting local networking events and community outreach
- Assist in building relationships with realtors, contractors, and local partners to generate referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement is a plus (not required)
