About the Role
The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) will lead all marketing, communications, and customer engagement efforts across FoodHub’s portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the intricacies of brand building in hospitality. The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies using traditional and digital channels, including AI tools, to reach and retain customers, grow revenue, and enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement unified brand strategies.
2. Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
3. Boost customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
4. Oversee creative content production (graphics, video, audio).
5. Analyze market data and customer behavior for insights.
6. Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities.
7. Use AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
8. Collaborate on promotions with other departments.
9. Use BI reports to guide strategy.
10. Lead and mentor the marketing team.
11. Any other duties as directed in support of the company’s leadership objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5 years in multi-brand marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or qualified by experience.
• Expert in campaign design and performance measurement.
• Fluent with Adobe software, AI-powered platforms, and CRM analytics.
