Responsibilities

→Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and guide them through the replacement process
→Work primarily with pre-set, qualified leads (minimal door knocking required)
→Educate customers on available programs, including grant funding opportunities (up to $10K per homeowner)
→Manage deals from inspection through close
→Stay organized, follow up consistently, and hit sales targets

About the Role

Mainly retail work – strong margins and faster closes
Grant funding available in the NOLA market, driving demand
Pre-set leads provided to keep your pipeline full
Door knocking is optional, but can be used as an additional income stream

Sales experience preferred (roofing or home services is a plus, but not required)
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based role
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Willingness to learn roofing sales and the local market
