Our Uganda team is growing and we're looking for Tele sales representatives to join us.

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Tier 1 Outbound Callers to join sales team. In this role, the agent will be the first point of contact for prospective customers within the construction industry. Your primary objective is to engage decision-makers through outbound outreach, introduce our software platform, identify potential interest, and schedule qualified discovery meetings with senior sales representatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with business professionals, and contributing directly to revenue growth

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted construction companies and industry stakeholders.

• Introduce the company and its SaaS solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

• Identify key decision-makers and relevant business challenges.

• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and sales processes.

• Generate interest and secure a second meeting with an Account Executive or Sales Consultant. Accurately document all activities, conversations, and next steps in the CRM system.

• Follow established call scripts, messaging frameworks, and qualification guidelines.

• Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement with prospects.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline development.

• Meet or exceed activity, meeting-booked, and pipeline generation targets.

• Any other duties assigned by the client or management of Helpware.
