About the Role

- Develop materials, sales toolkits, and presentation decks to support initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and maximize sales impact.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust tactics to maintain effectiveness.
- Document learnings and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Identify high-potential channels and help integrate them into the overall commercial strategy.
- Work with category teams to prioritize initiatives and align retailer programs with brand goals.
- Support category launches and growth plans with channel-specific activations.
- Continuously refine channel segmentation based on market trends and consumer behavior.
- Evaluate projects for scalability and ensure successful integration into regular operations.
- Drive the transition of initiatives into sustainable programs.
Requirements
