Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Full management of the CEO’s agenda, prioritizing strategic and operational meetings based on business objectives and key decision-making.
- →Planning and coordination of domestic and international travel, including complete logistics (transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and meetings), optimizing time and resources.
- →Organization and execution of corporate events, conferences, and high-level meetings, aligned with business strategy and market positioning.
- →Management of visas, official documentation, and compliance with legal requirements for international travel.
- →Screening, prioritization, and management of communications (emails, calls, and correspondence), ensuring efficient and confidential information flow to the CEO.
- →High-level executive and administrative support, contributing to operational efficiency and smooth functioning of the organizational structure.
- →Preparation of reports, presentations, and executive communications in Spanish and English, with a strategic focus to support decision-making.
- →Translation of key documentation (ES–EN), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- →Oversight, tracking, and optimization of expenses, including financial reporting related to travel and executive activities.
- →Cross-departmental coordination, facilitating internal alignment, project execution, and achievement of business objectives.
