The role includes preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action points. The post holder will handle confidential information with discretion, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support the SMT in a wide range of administrative tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team are essential.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- →Proven experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role
- →Strong minute-taking and diary management skills
- →Ability to support multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
- →Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- →Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- →Strong written and verbal communication skills
- →Professional, discreet, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
