We are seeking a results-driven sales leader with clinical dental industry experience to join a dynamic and collaborative sales team within the West region. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 11 Territory Sales Managers in driving sales growth, cultivating key customer relationships, developing regional sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for dental products and services with dentists.
The base salary range for this position is $155,000-$180,000 along with a monthly sales incentive and an annual profit participation incentive plus a monthly car allowance. Final base compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and location.
Responsibilities

- →Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective regional sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- →Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dentists, oral surgeons, and dental group practices.
- →Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and report results to senior leaderships.
- →Personnel: Recruit, Train, Mentor and manage a team of dental sales professionals.
- →Market Analysis: Stay up to date on regional market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
- →Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge dental products, technologies, and clinical application.
- →Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
- →Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Four-year degree (BS or BA); MBA preferred but not required or related field expertise.
- Prior experience managing a sales team.
- Dental Background preferred but not required.
- Excellent organization and communication skills required.
- Proven leadership skills with an ability to communicate with and manage diverse relationships.
- Analytical skills, ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans efficiently.
- Ability to use PowerPoint to create and deliver customer presentations.
- Ability to travel, overnight and for extended periods.
- Must be detail oriented and possess a high energy level and motivational skills
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain an American Express and other credit cards is required
