  • Recommend sustainable products and modern HVAC technologies that meet customer requirements and improve application performance.

  • Research local market conditions, construction activity, industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive position.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within key vertical markets and the assigned geographic territory.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and account information using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Coordinate with inside sales, logistics, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment, product availability, and timely delivery.

  • Prioritize quick response times, dependable follow-through, and a customer-first approach while contributing to team success.

  • Travel regularly throughout Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and surrounding areas to meet customers, visit job sites, and develop business opportunities.
