We're looking for a relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow our wholesale business — actively promoting our product lines, securing new accounts, and keeping our customers confident in our quality and availability. You'll collaborate daily with our U.S.-based team, handling everything from order processing to account support, so accuracy, responsiveness, and a genuine customer-first attitude matter here. ~1 min read- →Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively promote and sell targeted product lines, promotional items, and weekly focus products, managing inbound and outbound customer calls to build relationships and drive sales.
- →New Account Prospecting: Prospect daily for new wholesale accounts to expand the customer base, providing solutions for customer concerns such as credit issues and AR research.
- →Order & Inventory Management: Process new sales orders — including inventory selection, pricing, packing, shipping details, and reservations — and handle order changes accurately and on time, monitoring reservations in Business Central (BC) to ensure smooth order releases.
- →Quality & Availability Coordination: Partner closely with on-site and warehouse teams to monitor product quality and availability, and keep customer portals updated with current inventory and sales information.
- →Reporting & Coordination: Generate and send weekly sales summaries, collaborate with internal departments on paperwork and process flow, and participate in weekly sales meetings to align strategy with inventory availability and forecasts.
- →Special Projects & Forecasting: Support event preparation such as farm tours and flower shows, and prepare and maintain monthly sales forecasts by product and customer group, including average selling price projections.
- Previous experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the floral, perishable goods, or agricultural products industry.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred); CRM experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and adapt to changing inventory availability.
- Comfort collaborating with U.S.-based teams and customers by phone, email, and video across time zones.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
