We’re looking for a talented sales professional who will be instrumental in scaling our consumer sales efforts and driving the growth of our business. You will manage the entire sales process from sign up to purchase for thousands of customers. Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through sales

  • Oversee the sales lifecycle for Leland clients from sign up to booking a course and/or 1:1 coaching

  • Help build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and other marketing channels

  • Develop a strong knowledge of the 30+ featured coaching categories on the Leland platform (e.g., PM, Consulting, IB, College, MBA, etc.)

  • Build trust with prospective clients and assist them with finding the right expert(s) and offering(s) that will help them accomplish their ambitious goals

  • Build winning playbooks, trainings materials, and other resources to help the team succeed

  • Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

Requirements

  • You are passionate about selling and driving business growth

  • You have experience with or a knowledge of recruiting for IB, VC, PE, PM, etc. and/or applying to graduate school (MBA, Law School, Med School, etc.)

  • You are an outstanding communicator with excellent people skills

  • You are a team player and will strive to find ways to make our team win

  • You are scrappy and willing to get into the weeds

  • You are customer-centric and passionate about ensuring client success

  • You are motivated by goals and are a high achiever

  • BA or BS degree
