Travel Coordination - coordinating commercial travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

Meeting Preparation - preparing briefing materials, ensuring Director is informed and prepared for upcoming meetings

Team Support - Supporting other Wealth team members as needed
Exceptional organizational discipline
High responsiveness and reliability
Strong judgment in prioritization and scheduling decisions
Comfortable handling confidential financial, legal, and estate planning information
Positive and professional personality
Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Minimum of 10 years of Executive Assistant experience
Prior experience supporting senior executives or founders
Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and high-volume communications
Experience working in environments requiring strict confidentiality
