The FF&E Coordinator supports the Facilities team by coordinating furniture, equipment, office moves, maintenance, and day-to-day facility needs across the firm.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for building systems as needed.
- →Coordinate with external vendors for the ordering, delivery, and installation of furniture, equipment, and appliances.
- →Coordinate office moves following the completion of buildouts.
- →Assist with day-to-day facility-related requests and needs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Organization: Ability to manage multiple facility requests, repairs, and projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees, management, and external vendors.
- Problem Solving: Ability to respond to facility issues and help coordinate solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively with others, take initiative, and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
